1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prank Now ("pranknow.net," the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prank Now is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create prank images by uploading photos and applying various effect templates. The Service includes both free and paid features.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use certain features as a guest without creating an account.
  • Guest users receive 2 free generations. After that, sign-in is required.
  • You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

4.1 Credits

  • Each image generation consumes credits as displayed on the effect page.
  • Guest users receive a limited number of free credits.
  • Additional credits are available through paid subscription plans.

4.2 Subscriptions

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Subscription credits are granted at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once credits have been consumed.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us within 7 days for a review.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes intended to harm or deceive.
  • Impersonate another person with malicious intent.
  • Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate context.
  • Circumvent usage limits, abuse free trials, or use automated tools to exploit the Service.
  • Upload images you do not have the right to use.
  • Use generated images for fraud, scams, or illegal activities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

AI-generated prank images are provided for personal and social entertainment use. You may share generated images on social media. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6.3 Our Content

The Prank Now brand, logo, website design, and all related materials are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be accurate.
  • Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prank Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prank Now, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
